Your entries are stored locally in your browser. You are solely responsible for your own content and for keeping backups if you need them. Because the data lives only on your device, we cannot recover, restore, or access it. Clearing your browser data, using private browsing, or changing devices may result in loss of entries.
3. No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, and the “last updated” date above will reflect the change.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
